This beautiful ring is named for the title character in Ambroise Thomas's opera Mignon, which premiered at the Opéra-Comique in Paris in 1866. This stunning Victorian ring is crafted from sterling silver and 14k yellow gold, and features an exceptional amethyst surrounded by glimmering rose cut diamonds. The gorgeous amethyst cabochon has a faceted pavilion with a large culet, which adds extra dimension and liveliness when viewed through the top of the cabochon. The rose cut diamonds twinkle with their own mercurial glow. The face of the ring measures 18.69mm x 15.63mm and the total weight is 3.8 grams. The ring sits flat against the finger and the cabochon rises 7mm at its highest point. This ring is currently a size 7.75 and can be easily sized by a trusted jeweler.
