Songbird Sara Jewelry

This swoon-worthy Art Deco diamond and sapphire ring c.1920s is named for "the first American flapper" Zelda Fitzgerald and features a beautiful Old European cut diamonds measuring 4mm in diameter (calculated weight 0.25ct), accented by elongated French cut baguette synthetic sapphires, and set in a geometric 14k white gold setting. The diamond is beautifully cut with a broad floral facet pattern and open culet. It is near colorless and eye clean with small inclusions visible only under 10x magnification. The sapphires are in very good antique condition, though there are a few small chips near the edges of some baguettes. They are visible under magnification, but not very noticeable with the naked eye. The white mark in the photos that is visible on the upper eft sapphire in photos is a piece of lint, and not an abrasion. The face of ring measures 13.3mm down length of finger (it is a 10mm x 10mm square), and rises 4.7mm from top of finger. It is currently a size 6.75 and easily sized by a trusted jeweler.
