This exquisite antique Victorian Bohemian garnet ring appears to have originally been a brooch which was later converted to an impressively sized ring. The garnets are set in a gold silver alloy (typical of bohemian garnet pieces of this era), with the rest of the ring components done in 14k. The conversion was very well done, with a curved gallery that fits comfortably around the finger and an elegant split shank. It is stamped 585 (14k) on the inside of the band. The rose cut garnets glow from within with unparalleled deep reds and oranges. They are in beautiful antique condition, with only a few abrasions and pits commensurate with age. The face of the ring measures 20.94mm x 17mm. It is currently a size 10 and can be sized by a trusted jeweler. Due to the size of the face of the ring, I would not advise sizing to anything smaller than a size 5.5.
All pieces will be sent with tracking and insurance. A signature will be required for delivery for added security. Sales are final, however, if there is a problem, please contact me ASAP so I can resolve the issue. I want all of my customers to love these jewels as much as I do!.
