This intricate vintage ring c. 1930s reminds me of the joyfully winding ribbons of a Maypole! It is always a marvel when jewelers are able to create the illusion of movement in a stationary piece! This charming ring is crafted from 14k yellow gold and features 7 beautifully cut Old European Cut diamonds with a total carat weight of 1.20ctw. They are G/H in color and SI1/SI2/I1 clarity with exquisite flowery cuts that throw the most delightful pastel rainbow flashes! Inside the band, you can still see the engraved initials H.T.P, though it appears that the rest of the inscription was lost during sizing at some point during this ring's long and cherished life. It is currently a size 8 and can be easily sized by a trusted jeweler. The face of the ring is 17.93mm long down the length of the finger. It has a comfortable low profile that conforms to the curve of the ringer and rises 4.9mm from the top of the finger at its highest point. At 4.9 grams it feels lovely and weighty on the hand. This ring comes from the estate of a prominent physician who was a pioneer in her field.
All pieces will be sent with tracking and insurance. A signature will be required for delivery for added security. Sales are final, however, if there is a problem, please contact me ASAP so I can resolve the issue. I want all of my customers to love these jewels as much as I do!.
